WKOSIT?

OK. So have you ever wondered where I came up with the phrase, "What kind of saved is that?" It actually came from a friend who was speaking to me about a Baptist preacher from Hawaii. He had been speaking about kids who gave their lives to the Lord but then did not change their appearance. He said, "You see guys wearing earrings and nose rings and the such. What kind of saved is that?"

She told me the story and though the preacher was condemning the outside appearance his intent was interesting. I thought to myself, "Wow, I could use this as a gentle reminder that our actions reveal our hearts. It grew from there and thus now whenever someone does something that may not resemble Christianity I say, "What kind of saved is that?"

So, did you already have your daily devotion? If not, WKOSIT?

God Bless,

Pastor Joe
